The culture of a people is based on the expansion of the mind.  Thus, the Spirituality of Indigenous people are a method of life, a way of living, rather than just an intelligent or psychic attainment. Spirituality implies the raising of the dormant vibratory rate within self and via, living a richer life. However, the word ‘Spirit’ means ‘Breath.’ You ‘Breathe' thus, you are ‘Spirit’! Here in North America, particularly, the Indigenous people do NOT possess one or more common rituals that could serve to bind us at a deep spiritual and cultural level. This is extremely necessary. It is well known that rituals are fundamental to unity and loyalty within any group or nation."
